Exchanges & Damaged Items
Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We do not offer refunds. If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe of delivery so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate solution.
Jewelry Care & Repairs
While we create our jewelry with quality materials and everyday wear in mind, jewelry is naturally delicate and should be handled with care. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during normal wear, accidental impact, improper storage, or other everyday activities after delivery.
Repair services may be available upon request and will be assessed individually based on the nature of the repair.
Final Sale Items
All rings, bangles, custom-sized pieces, and made-to-order items are final sale. Because these pieces are created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
